Just when you thought I couldn’t be anymore of a geek...I reveal my 2020 Halloween hot chocolate stand!

For those who are new here last year my Christmas one was featured in The Times! Now. It did get back to me that people take the p*ss out of my hot chocolate stand. Mocking up their own crap ones to laugh at me.

So I wasn’t going to do them anymore. I was proper embarrassed. But then I remembered this. I’m very lucky that really simple things bring me joy. Disney. Real Housewives. Mugs. Plants. And tiered trays filled with hot chocolate tat.

🥳THANK FOOK WE FINALLY EXCHANGED. YASSSSSSS! 🥳

So we will be moving sooooonnnn! And yeah it sucks that no one can actually come into our house. But at least you lot can come along virtually!

We are really excited for our next adventure. Little ones started school from this house and I can’t believe kiddos will be going to big school from the new one! In a bit of a break from the social media norm. We aren’t ‘forever home’ people. I fully expect to be kicking it with a grey haired Stephen next to the sea watching grandkids frolicking eating ice cream.

And there will be that year we all go over and stay with one of the kids when they become Walt Disney World cast members. Ha! I wish! I don’t know what the future holds. But I know this. As long as I’ve got this fat head next to me. He’s got my fat head next to his. And our beautiful babies are in our arms. It’s gonna be a wonderful adventure.

It’s been a year since my then six year old coul

It’s been a year since my then six year old could go to school dressed as any famous person he wanted to.

And he wanted to go as Walt Disney. It’s an image that lives rent free in my head and will probably be popped on t shirts for his 18th, 21st and if he ever wants a stag do.

Then came upstairs to this scene. That I set up simply because last year I bought an autumn duvet in the sale. And then hid it. And then forgot. And I found it and I wanted to show you. Because I was so bloody thrilled!! Past Emma is a genius!

17 years ago today I saw a tall boy for the second

17 years ago today I saw a tall boy for the second week in a row at Risa on Broad Street. He asked what bus I got home. Again. The 10 or the 103. I asked him out for a drink. We exchanged numbers. By the time I had got in the taxi he had already text me to make sure I was getting home safely.

Last night he presented me with a frame he had made entitled ‘Our Lockdown 2020’. Including photos he had been taking of me. Me mowing the lawn (first and only time), dancing with the kids, reading, shots from behind I didn’t know where happening. It made me cry.

Stephen is a quiet man. Anyone on here who has met him can attest to that. But he’s not quiet with me. He’s funny. And silly. And sings Hamilton at the top of his lungs. Screams on the trampoline with the kids. And gets so excited before our Disney trips he struggles to sleep.

Do we fall out about stupid things sometimes? Oh god yes. I shout loudly and clatter about. He goes moody and strops around. But I am forever grateful we met and I asked him out. Wow 17 years?!? Came home from my run a bit emosh as I couldn’t

Came home from my run a bit emosh as I couldn’t manage the last four minutes. Then like a tribune this one offered to come back out and run the last 4 minutes 50 seconds with me. She told me to pretend I was socially distancing high fiving Mickey. Then we lay on the floor. Then our hair was covered in that weird sticky leaf shizzle. What a lucky Mummy I am. 16 years ago Stephen and I went on our first holid

16 years ago Stephen and I went on our first holiday together to @disneylandparis. I’ve still got those ears. They were 4EURO and left imprints on your head. We still wore them the whole time we were there. Disney is a family ❤️ for us all. Our house is full of knick knacks, my mug collection is out of control (with Stephen having bought 90% of them), we sit down to watch Disney videos together and I currently have a ‘Mickey Waffles’ essential oil burning. Our Florida holiday was cancelled. In the scheme of things bit disappointing and we are happy to be healthy. But next week...Stephen has decided to...DRIVE US HOME! We are SO EXCITED (will pop on my stories when we told the kids). Some of you will be like “couldn’t think of anything worse, no character meets, no fireworks or parades, masks for adults, sounds CRAP!”. We are going self catering and I’ll do all sorts of stories to show you what the new normal at Disney is like. And I’ll write blog posts for @bibbidibobbidibrum with tips, tricks and if it really is worth it. I’m forever thankful that Disney is something we can enjoy together as a family. Last year I completed the Couch to 5K. The goal was to go for a run in @waltdisneyworld. Which I did. I stopped running in the Autumn. I couldn’t be arsed. But. The sun is out. There’s only a month left of homeschool. So I thought I would get back at it. Straight back to week one. My shoulders wobbled, the under boob sweat poured and as you can see there is NO thigh gap. But I did it! In one of my various daft Disney tops. So if you want to get started. Remember chubby lasses can get fit too! I’m not arsed about losing weight. I’m just doing it for fresh air and to feel a bit healthier. If you want to join in. I’ll pop the app on my stories. 🥳Six years ago today I uploaded my first YouTub

🥳Six years ago today I uploaded my first YouTube video! 🎂 It was a little trip to Thomas Land. Since then I’ve won quite a few ‘Best Video’ awards for my little channel. I was chosen as a Creator on the Rise by YouTube. I’ve also travelled to wonderful places to film like NYC, Italy, Walt Disney World, Denmark and all over the UK. Being comfortable on camera has meant I’ve had some great brand video opportunities. My girl and I were in an advert and lest we forget I was in the movie Ferdinand! But more importantly I’ve captured on film some truly wonderful memories. The kids and I watched a Christmas vlog recently with my Nan in and it was lovely. And I know my Mum regularly watches ones where the children are little. My channel is still quite small. And it will take a miracle for me to surpass that illusive 100K. However. My subscribers are wonderful, have given me a life I could never have imagined and come from all over the world. If you’re one of them you rock! So this is a reminder. You might not be the biggest. Last nights episode in parenting was called “The Rain Makes Me Scared Mummy”. So I had two beauts in bed with me. Yesterday I asked if when I was older I could live with them both. My girl said “yes I will make a flat in a garage for you Mummy”. And my boy declared “NO WAY!”. To which I was was sad but then he said “NO WAY you will have a special nice room in my house”. Soooooo good luck future partners. Nanny Em is either hanging out in your garage surrounded by mugs or filling your spare room up with Disney sh*t! Wahoooooo can’t wait! Ready for our Thursday Disney quiz night with you

Ready for our Thursday Disney quiz night with you lot and garden party! They’ve got sweets. Bubbles. Daddy dressed as Buzz and @brummynannysan calling in at 7:30pm to a watch us doing the limbo. Culminating in bashing pans for the NHS at 8pm then a sleepover with Mum and Dad. The new normal. Also. We are taking Fridays off homeschool. There I said it! I’m the headteacher. Before we got married. Before we had kids. Whenever we went on holiday I would buy a jazzy pair of Ray Bans in the airport. As we actually had time to peruse. I think maybe because the Appleton sisters did? Remember them? Ha! We had the time to peruse. I kept my mini collection. And they have been in every house move “just in case”. Kept in the back of a drawer. It was sunny yesterday. And I thought “I know a little girl who will look cool in a turquoise pair”. And she did. And I’ve got a black pair for when my boy’s a bit bigger and they can fight over a white pair. So along with 333791 Disney mugs they will end up with at some point. They also have a couple of cool vintage sunglasses that their Mum bought because she wanted to look like someone who was once married to the lead singer of Oasis. Also please note newlywed Emma and Stephen. Who went to meet Shrek. At Universal. With giant Homer head drinks. We’ve always been cool. I’ve still got that beach dress. Obvs 😎😎😎 #andthebelt #butitwouldntfitroundmythigh

(AD) As you lot know my family are HUGE Disney fans. It brings all of us SUCH joy. I had a quiet morning the other day with my girl who was excited to have a look at the Disney Princess Create and Collect Magazine. It came with stacks of activities to do (she enjoyed designing ocean nail art). Each issue also includes a collectable Disney Princess gift of a model (this time it’s Ariel and she has her eye on Moana in the next issue!), paints, a paintbrush and puffy stickers. It was fab to spend some one on one fun time with her and she enjoys being creative so she loved it. Can't wait to treat her to the next issue soon! Spent the weekend redecorating my little girls...s

Spent the weekend redecorating my little girls...sob I mean my big girls bedroom. She asked for baby doll buggies to go in the garage. Decided to donate princess fancy dresses and asked for a poster of a baby dear dressed as the god damn cutest thing you ever did see in a pink crown. To be removed. She wanted blue, she wanted Stitch, she wanted a place for her lip balms. The spots are stickers from Etsy (search children’s decals) and the Disney posters are from @disneylandparis. I’ve tagged everything. A couple of the frames were gifted a few years ago. I’m really pleased with it. It’s a room fit for a tween 💙🖤💙 #waaaahhhhhwherehasmybabygone
